Completed a Master’s in Interaction Design from the University of Sydney
Ranked 13th globally for UX education (Top UX School, 2022), the University of Sydney provided me with unparalleled training under the guidance of Australia’s leading UX/UI and Human-Centered Design (HCD) academics and industry experts. Through this program, I mastered the application of various Design Thinking methods, ensuring that I could identify and implement the most effective strategies for each stage of the design process to solve specific problems.

My hands-on industry experience with diverse clients has further strengthened my capabilities. Beyond UX/UI, I have honed multidisciplinary design skills in branding, graphic design, and motion graphics. This blend of advanced academic training and extensive practical experience equips me to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and businesses, making me a versatile and highly effective designer ready to tackle any challenge.
Every project is different, but I always put users at the center
Every project has its unique characteristics—some require a fresh start, while others have well-defined information architecture. Although the specific methods may vary, I adhere to a general process for every project, often repeating steps to achieve the best outcome.
01
Understand the Problem
Defining the problem is crucial for delivering the best outcome and ensuring business success. At this stage, I explore design opportunities by delving deep into the context of the specific issue through extensive background research.

Typical research sources include: Journals, News Articles, Literature, Websites, Government Policies, and more.
02
Understand the Users
Building strong empathy with end-users and customers is the next step. No successful project or product can thrive without thorough user research. I holistically review the findings from the initial research to synthesize and identify user needs, pain points, and goals.

Methods include: User Interviews, Questionnaires, Affinity Diagramming, Thematic Diagramming, User Profiling, Personas, Storyboarding, and more.
03
Ideate over Solutions
Collaborating with project stakeholders, I draw connections between design opportunities and user needs. A wide variety of ideas are generated, shared, and narrowed down based on feedback and the results of the design matrix.

Techniques include: Mind Mapping, Crazy 8, Brain-Writing, Design Evaluation Matrix, and more.
04
Prototype
A Low-Fidelity prototype is quickly developed from the most promising concepts identified in the previous evaluation. In this phase, I adopt persona-based walkthroughs to visually showcase the interaction between users and the product, preparing it for stakeholder testing.

Methods include: Lo-Fi, Mid-Fi Prototypes, Wireflow Diagramming, Wireframes, Storyboarding, and more.
05
Test
To further refine the interaction between users and the product, extensive user testing is conducted. Feedback from testing is used to refine the product or service, revealing additional opportunities for improvement.

Techniques include: Think Aloud Protocol, SUS Questionnaire, Interviews, and more.
06
Iterate & Test Again
High-Fidelity prototypes and visual elements are developed based on feedback and brand identity, delivering a realistic experience and obtaining valuable data from subsequent user testing. The product or service is then released and continuously refined based on user feedback.

Methods include: Hi-Fi Prototypes, Interactive Prototypes, User Surveys, Interviews, and more.
